Studio A’s Reformer Pilates instructor training program consists of 50 hours, divided into 21 hours of in-person instruction, 15 hours of e-learning, personal practice (5 hours), and observation (7 hours). It is supplemented by a written lesson plan and the delivery of two classes with a minimum of two participants, which are recorded and filmed for evaluation by the instructor, who also assesses the groups.
